Before mounting the seat on the toilet bowl, check the type of hinge so that you follow the mounting instructions appropriate to the type of hinge used on your seat.
I. Installation of toilet seats with universal metal hinge
The universal hinge system is the most widely used system for the products in Savini Due’s portfolio of MDF toilet seats.
This hinge model is used for the following toilet seats:
– all variants of universal model toilet seat, except the one with soft closing system (CWATSC).
– all special-shaped models, except the following models:
CWATCON
CWATCON01
CWATCONA
CWATE
Make sure you have all the components of the mounting kit.
The cover is delivered with the hinge body already mounted on both the ring and the seat.
Make sure you put the items in the correct order.
Order of the items in the mounting kit so that the seat is securely attached to the toilet bowl:
Check the position of the closed seat after installation.
After attaching the seat, it must be in a perfectly horizontal position in the closed state.
II. Installation of toilet seats with metal hinge with soft closing system.
The universal metal hinge with soft closing system is used only on the universal cover model, code CWATSC.
Make sure you have all the components of the mounting kit.
The cover is delivered with the hinge body already mounted on both the ring and the seat.
Carefully check the position of the rotary damper.
If the elements are not associated correctly, the damping system will not work normally and may be damaged.
Make sure you put the items in the correct order.
Order of the items in the mounting kit so that the seat is securely attached to the toilet bowl:
Check the position of the closed seat after installation.
After attaching the seat, it must be in a perfectly horizontal position in the closed state.
III. Installation of toilet seats with expansive metal hinge
The expansive metal hinge system is a special mounting system, which is used only in the case of the seat with special Esedra model shape, code CWATE.

Make sure you put the items in the correct order.

The Conca model metal hinge system, is an oblique, fixed system, used in some of the models with special shape.
